About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Consultant with German to support business development activities for our company and our clients. In this role, you will identify potential B2B prospects, initiate first contact, and help build the early stages of the sales pipeline across multiple projects. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident in communication, and comfortable managing outreach tasks independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential B2B clients for various industries
Conduct outreach via phone, email, and digital platforms
Qualify leads and understand prospect needs
Present our and our clients’ services in a clear and professional manner
Document outreach activities and lead status accurately in CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams and client teams to support pipeline development
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
Strong communication and outreach skills
Fluent German (mandatory)
English proficiency
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to different client contexts
Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working fully remotely
