Małgorzata is an experienced business strategist and market development leader with over 15 years of international experience across Switzerland, Poland, the United States and Central Europe. As Co-Founder and Partner at GDS, she helps companies enter new markets, strengthen sales operations, and build long-term commercial partnerships across Europe.
Her background spans strategy consulting, marketing, and business management across multiple B2B sectors - from industrial manufacturing to information technology and professional services. Known for her structured thinking and cultural fluency, Małgorzata combines analytical precision with the human understanding required to build trust and drive performance in diverse markets.
At GDS, she leads initiatives focused on market research, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement - ensuring that every client engagement is grounded in insight, discipline, and measurable outcomes. Her leadership reflects the company’s core principles: Knowledge, Skill, and Discipline - values she applies to every stage of growth.
Małgorzata holds a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Vienna, completed postgraduate studies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and has pursued additional executive development in strategic leadership and business development. She is also a certified professional coach trained in Dallas, Texas, and holds the Gallup Global Strengths Coach certification. Her international education and multilingual background allow her to bridge markets, teams, and cultures with precision and empathy.

Zoltán is an international sales leader and strategist with over 25 years of experience across Europe, North America, and Asia. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of GDS IT Switzerland, he helps enterprises and mid-market organisations expand into new markets, strengthen sales operations, and build sustainable commercial growth.
He previously served in executive leadership roles at Siemens, Atos, and Eviden, where he steered multi-regional sales organisations, closed multi-million-euro deals, and drove complex transformation programs and global go-to-market motions across Healthcare & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Industrial Services
At GDS, Zoltán leads a results-driven consultancy specialising in market entry strategy, sales execution, and account scaling. By combining data-driven insights with agile sales frameworks, he enables clients to win, grow, and retain high-value business in today’s dynamic global ecosystem.
A University of Vienna MBA graduate (AT), with executive programs completed at BI Norwegian Business School (NO), HEC Paris (FR), the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (US), and the Leadership Campus of the Swiss Armed Forces (CH). Zoltán blends strategic foresight with hands-on commercial leadership. He is an active member of several business associations and chambers of commerce, contributing to international dialogues on innovation, trade, and economic growth.
Recognised as an industry thought leader, Zoltán is a published author and keynote speaker, featured in leading business and ICT publications including Computerworld Schweiz and Netzwoche.
