The Role
We are looking for someone at an early stage of their professional journey — but with a high level of ownership, responsibility, and learning drive. You will support business and project activities across different markets, working closely with experienced team members — but without being “carried”. This role is about growing fast by doing real work, not observing.
What You Will Be Responsible For
active outreach to clients (mainly phone + follow-ups)
company research and identifying potential leads
building first contact and relationships
representing the company at industry events
collaborating with the sales team to develop the pipeline
preparing materials, research, and operational inputs
tracking progress and identifying risks or blockers early
learning how to operate in a distributed, international environment
This is not a call center role. It’s a position where you learn sales, relationship-building, and how to represent a company externally.

Remote Work Reality
This is a fully remote role.
That means:
No one is checking if you are working
No one is managing your day step-by-step
Communication is often asynchronous
You are responsible for your own clarity, structure, and follow-up
